Halebank Primary (part of the Halton Small School Arts Cluster), wanted to engage their Year 3,4, and 6 students in creating artwork inspired by the school's wetland area and orchard. In just one day they created a range of recycled sculptures to display in the school grounds including a daisy, buttercup, frog, squirrel and butterfly.

Scandinavia

Wallasey High School Year 9 project over two days. Created moose and reindeer heads in small groups using cardbaord and tape, then decorated them with printed papers.

Environment & Planet Protection

Year 4 students collected plastic drinks and milk bottles to create their own 'Dove of peace' over two days. The school is very close to Liverpool airport so the dove has an airplane inspired look too!

"I just wanted to say a big 'Thank you' for the beautiful dove which is now sitting happily in our school grounds. The whole school are very impressed and every morning I look out of my window to see a child nesting inside it! My class feel very proud of themselves and the whole school love it.
