THE SWIMMER

Commissioned by Knowsley Arts & Heritage Service, Knowsley MBC. Hand built, painted fibreglass resin sculptures suspended in the new Kirby Leisure Centre. The series of five swimmers describes the butterfly stroke, leading visitors visually along the corridor to the swimming pool. Colour scheme to tie in with the pool tiling. Installed 2007.
